Advanced Extraction Technologies, Inc. (AET) was founded in 1986 as a technology licensing firm.  The intellectual property that represents the principal asset of AET is described in 10 U.S. patents in addition to numerous foreign patents in countries/areas where patent protection is meaningful and local markets are seeking new technology.

AET provides process engineering services to support use of our technology.  We can provide a wide range of services from quick evaluation of applicability to a complete Basic Engineering Design Package.

Our proprietary AET Process^® technology, including what was formerly referred to as Mehra Process technology, has recovery and purification applications in hydrocarbon processing industries including natural gas, refinery gases, and petrochemical streams.  See the Technology section for a description of each process application.

Non-Proprietary Process Services

To a limited extent, AET provides value-added chemical engineering consulting services that relate to most aspects of treating, upgrading, and processing of light hydrocarbon gases.  AET's staff is well versed in process simulation and evaluation of predominant gas technologies including:
